All rates quoted above are subject to change and will incur a 12.5% hotel tax. OWB has both In Season and Off Season rates. A deposit is required at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We secure one night stay plus deposit plus tax at booking.  If customer cancels more than 7 nights before check in, We refund their deposit.  If they cancel less than 7 nights from check in , we keep the deposit.
